My gratitude for the exceptional service I received from one of your staff members, Connie, at this Tim Horton's location. She went above and beyond to ensure my child's safety and comfort, and her caring and personalized approach left a lasting impression on me.
During my visit today, I had ordered a hot chocolate for my child.
Connie noticed that it was very hot and recommended that I add cold milk to it to cool it down and prevent my child from burning his mouth.
Her quick thinking and genuine concern for my child's well-being truly impressed me and melted my heart.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and commend Connie for her outstanding service. Her actions exemplify the high standards of customer care that Tim Horton's is known for, and I am grateful for her exceptional service.

Hi Good morning
Sir/Madam
I went drive through ordered coffee and home style biscuit.
This biscuit very hard , returned inside counter gave sandwich marker put garbage making other one .
I asked give me receipt next two men standing drive through one man said dont have receipt.
I said need receipt please, I standing long time more than 5 minutes doesnt give then he gave receipt .
Between time one man fight with me . He said using F word for me get out the store.
I said I am customer he doesnt give respect one of the customer behind me .
He is not 1st time 2nd time with me.
First time I said yesterday coffee to cold , he said looking for free coffee. I said not free coffee this is real after I follow up he is very very rude.
I dont go this location.
I didnt know how do get this job
Please can you training clearly and how do talk the customers other way very bad customer service.
This is bad for Retailer.
Im very hard this morning.

I am a 70 year old Retired Police Officer of 43 1/2 years with the Thunder Bay Police. And by you knowing this, it would leave you to believe I have spent more years sitting in a Tim's Restaurant than you have at a school desk.
I have my share of little complaints of, wrong this, or wrong that, I get it they busy and get things mixed up !! But This Morning 06-12-23 I ordered through the drive through a Smokey Maple Bacon Egg Sandwich, Coffee and my wife ordered the same meal and chose the new Bailey's Latte. We drove and pulled into the mall down the road to eat our breakfast and upon my wife unwrapping her sandwiched I thought it to be a little disorganized. Oh well I said till I opened mine.
My Sandwiched looked like it had been blown apart on some battlefield and was brought back by stretcher. I'm really NOT a big complainer but that was an ABSOLUTED SHOW of TOTAL DISREGARD, and DISREPECT, for both YOUR Company the LOCAL Store.
The store I am referring to is situated at 605 Sibley Dr. Thunder Bay

I placed an order for the Family Bundle through the app on November 29th in the afternoon. I paid $62.
I never received it. It was not delivered to another address in my townhouse complex. It was not delivered to my door as my security cameras can show.
However, when I reached out, it took until yesterday December 11 for a proper response. The response was far from satisfactory.
I was told it had been delivered and I had no more recourse. I could not get a refund, though I'd be credited 400 points.
I have no intention of using those points nor anything else from Tim Hortons again. As far as I concerned, that was straight up theft by the driver and I can do nothing but lose $62.

Every time I go to either the fourth Avenue and lewvan Drive location or the Rochdale at co-op location in Regina Tim Hortons. I cannot get what I want ever.
They are always saying that the machine is being cleaned
Sure thats not be done at night?
Should we have items on the menu that you cannot provide to customers once they get in the drive-through
Tim Hortons franchises everywhere have gone completely downhill spiralled its horrible. These people do not know what customer service is and that we should have things operating and running and clean for peak times of the day for professionals that are coming to your establishment on their way to work.

- Are running this franchise into the ground in canada
